Update: Save the Elephants’ Facebook Page Has Been Reactivated
The official Facebook page of Save the Elephants is safely back online following a recent cyber security attack

We’re happy to report that Save the Elephants’ Facebook page is back online. After our account was compromised in an elaborate cyber attack, we’ve been working closely with Meta to secure it, and thanks to their support, the page has now been fully and securely restored.
Sadly, our partners at ElephantVoices, who were also targeted in a similar attack, have not yet been able to regain access to their original page and instead have launched a new Facebook page. We encourage you to follow them – or their Instagram page @elephantvoices – so you can stay connected with their important conservation work.
We want to assure all our followers and supporters that we’ve done everything we can to secure not just Facebook but all our other Save the Elephants accounts and systems. We are maintaining a high level of vigilance against these increasing attempts to undermine our work and that of our partners.
We also urge all our supporters to remain vigilant: if you receive any suspicious messages or requests claiming to be from Save the Elephants, please do not engage and report them immediately to us via one of our official email accounts: [email protected] or [email protected].
We are deeply grateful to everyone who stood with us during this disruption.
Thank you for your continued trust and support.
